So, on a Sunday morning the assault by the medical-insurance complex begins and I am either tied up and/or kidnapped. This keeps me out of contact with the daily world for a short time; in fact, at the time I had just predicted the likelyhood of over a million deaths from Covid (or 'Kung-Flu' as a looser candidate called it) soon. After the background, we catch up.

 

I had made the mistake of trying to break up a fight between two cats, and one of them managed to rip up my right index finger, the one that lends so much to expressions each day. It became infected, so I went to my doctor who directed me to a bone specialist. Yes, the infection was severe. I went to the emergency room nearby and was admitted and the nurse gasped at the severity of my high-blood pressure. Now that was pretty stupid as my own doctor always takes blood pressure,  a bried synopsis, medications used and a schedule. Since I hd gone directly, I was able to ask how the hell they got a reading over 75 points higher thaqn my usual one in the last ten minutes. "Well, new environment?"

 

If I ever left the bed alone, bells would go off and a recorded message would warn me not to move. I found this patently absurd and complained. They took my blood pressure again (it was closer to reality (only 55 points higher). Well, I had battles every day in that zoo (and I refer to the staff( but that is really the main point as I told them if I was not released in 12 hourse, I would leave by myself without signing anything. I got better within 11 hours.

 

Since then, behind my back, Russia invades Ukraine (despite warnings from Stephen King) and decides to attack from the North. The main military strategy seems to have been rape, or Putin selected the horniest fools he could conscript in order to conquer a city not even in the region he had targeted as native Russian.  Now really, can't I leave this planet for even a few weeks without it going to pot? (Actually, that might have helped.)

 

Putin says that he is going to "de-Nazify" Ukraine. Since Selenski, or Zelinsky, or whatever, put all of Hillary's folks into something that he called the Azov battalion, and since Putin eliminated it, he has accomplished his main goal. An argument that there has never been a Nazi in Ukraine is easily defeated by saying that the President of Ukraine is Jewish.

 

Another point, Finland has announced that it now wants to join NATO. Putin is warning them not to because of bad consequences. I've seen Putin play hockey (d+), but he probably does not know much about the Finns and the skis. Not a good move, Vlad.

 

Actually, the only contribution anyone has mentioned about Zelinisky being in sympathy with Semitism of any sort is that the war (which Putin calls a "Police Action) has kept attention away from what Israel has been doing to Palestinians recently.

 

Either 50 tanks or 50 miles of tanks were deserted by the Russians. The smarter of these Russians then walked away into the woods.  However, this conflict will continue so long as Biden can appease the weapons industry and also let Israel get away from responsibility here. (More later.)

 

But wait! We have the abortion thing to deal with. Now Alito says that "abortion" is nowhere mentioned in the Constitution. (That is the document he allegedly read at least once.) Now, James Madison realized that it was possible for a scatterbrained moron to actually get on the Supreme Court, so he wrote the 9^th Amendment: since this will probable go through several html formats, the special font used my not be clear:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

So, the point is that it is irrelevant whether or not abortion is in the Constitution any more than would and is the case with "Arizona," just as an example. The airplane is also covered is thus also included.

Now this doesn't seem to matter to him. He cites as leading authority a 17^th Century British Citizen Judge. Just in case you are interested (and I don't see how you could be) this guy sentenced at least two women to death for the crime of witchcraft (a right not mentioned in the Constitution) and his other judgments seem just about as sane.

He would fade into obscurity, but Musk is buying Twitter. Every single "no" vote is from a liar and a perjurer, even Thomas who said he had never heard or Roe v. Wade. He was in Laaw School when that was passed. What id they talk about at his law school, then? Jackie Robinson?

More important, since we are talking about rapists, Alito's position would eliminate many exceptions in the need for an abortion. Rape and incest (which is almost always forced – except in Alabama, perhaps) would no longer be such exceptions. One of our august legislators, a Republican, of course, says that a woman's body will not conceive if she is raped. This was a new scientific that would have been lost to us all had it not been for the acumen of that one Republican congressman. How many in the medical profession would have guessed that the internal biology of the fertilization process, the hidden heretofore power of the female body, existed and was fautless protection against not only rape but, supposedly, incest? Republicans have contributed much to science andd it would have all been for naught were it not for Alito.

We may also have missed the profound cultural implications of Critical Race Theory were it not for the Governors of Texas and Florida. We tend to think of culture as having something to do with Leonardo DaVincy, Beethoven, even Carlyle, but slavery has always eluded our understanding. We have now learned that, despite further analysis, mathematics is cultural. While the name Al Gebra has not come up yet, you can be sure that it will and thus praise the State of Kentucky for making Sharia Law illegal in their state. Obviously, we have not given appropriate consideration to the scientific, cultural, and legal contributions of the Republican Party. Later, Arabic medieval scholars such as Georgics simply decided that the transliteration would be to much and simply adopted the Latin language and Roman Alphabet for our sake. We sould be greatful as attempting to transliterate from Cryllic or even Greek is insurmountable for me. How about you?

Now, what is going on while we keep Ukraine a Ass Alito in the news? Israel attacks the West Bank, Gaza, and now East Jerusalem. This is known around the world except it the United States.  The most notable case was in Jenin where the journalist Shriveen Abu Ankleh  was shot by an Israeli gunmen, or soldiers.  At first, Israel said it was Hamas, but the Palestinians have the bullet for forensics. The rest of the world's press has analyzed the path of the bullets and shown the words PRESS written boldly on her Israel put it this way: "A small piece of metal is all we need to investigate this matter and show we are innocent." [Just let them destroy the evidence, in other words.] To make their point, Israeli soldiers attacked unarmed mourners at the casket, charging them and beating them viciously. The world press called it a savage attack, and in the United States it was describes as a series of "clashes"!

Just to add one detail that seems to get lost in all of this: she was an American Citizen.

A number of reporters and witnesses can also substantiare this. However, Ukraine has a Jewish President and no woman can get pregnant by rape. Sick enough?
